According to CBS News (overnight) the Postal Service is required to deliver all packages that UPS or FEDEX cannot or will not deliver. Those two can refuse to deliver a package, but the USPS cannot refuse to deliver a package.

thats not why they deliver their packages....and the PO can refuse delivery for various reasons....

The sad thing is that your Amazon account can be hacked into at any time. I just now had to change my password over there again because a hacker got in and loaded up my shopping cart with all sorts of crap. Thankfully a purchase was never made, but this has happened to me around ten times now.

P.S. UPS still owes me a refund for a DVD that I never did get from Ebay in late 2021.

I stopped using Ebay and PayPal years ago after getting hacked a 2nd time.
PayPal still owes me around $20, that I can't get because the hacker changed the security questions. Even though PayPal knows this - they just kept saying they can't verify me.

My Amazon account was hacked 2 years ago, but because I only use a credit card with Amazon - and NOT a debit card - the several hundred dollars worth of stuff sent somewhere in FL I didn't have to pay for.
