The ONLY way to fix it is by raising taxes on the wealthy. Why is that so complicated to understand?

I totally agree. Rebuilding roads is so important. I can't think of any reason why but hey...lets do it because if Obama thinks it is a great idea then we think it is a good idea.

Only the revenue generated from their income can do it. This isn't a matter of what's fair. It's what's realistic.

lol good god. You people have no idea what was even in the stimulus. 280 billion of the 787 billion was tax cuts, not government spending. The stimulus created close to 3 million jobs and stopped the free fall that was happening in the economy at the time.

Infrastructure is only a problem when lefties want to tax people to death. America already has the highest corporate tax rate in the world. Drive the freaking interstate through Pa. you get a taste of ongoing and seemingly never ending infrastructure repair and construction. What we need is control over redundant and often competing federal agencies and bureaucracies and the federal government needs to curb spending across the board. Another point is that infrastructure construction and repair is paid by the taxpayers. Only a fool and a low information leftie thinks that federal spending grows the economy.

What is wrong with you people? Obama said there were lots of infrastructure improvement jobs just waiting for billions of dollars so they could be done. We let him borrow hundreds of billions, therefore the Obama infrastructure problem is solved. And it is his problem, because he's been in charge this whole time.
