Agreed. That’s why we shouldn’t be allowing ANY immigration to this country at this time. Not until we’ve catalogued everyone who is here, removed those who shouldn’t be here, and reworked the system to ensure only worthy individuals are allowed to immigrate in the future.

Well, I'll give you an obvious one. A shortage of doctors and nurses.

Half of the staff at my hospital is foreign born as far as doctors go. I already posted where my doctors are from.

I had nurses from Haiti, Nigeria, and the Philippines. Probably 20 percent of the staff. Nurses are in such short supply, I had several travel nurses who would work for 4 days, staying in a hotel, and then going home for three days. One was from Alabama and drove all the way to Lexington, KY.

I personally did not have any Muslim nurses that I recall, but my son and daughter both served in the Army with Muslim officers and enlisted.

You simply cannot discriminate based on religion, unless of course you want to amend the Constitution. Oops! There is that document again that our government is based upon.

How long did it take for us to elect a Catholic president? How many Jewish presidents or vice presidents have we had? How many times was Obama accused of being a secret Muslim? Let's face it, we are steeped in prejudice.

There are no foreign military bases in the U.S., but some foreign militaries do maintain a presence for training. The Singaporean Air Force also has a presence at the Mountain Home base.
