No, the way I understand it since the SCOTUS decision against Harvard corporations are divesting themselves of DIE as they have been told that the decision will easy expand into other areas where it took root.

Remember DIE has no validity under federal law.

There are far more honest, hardworking minority people than thugs and criminals, the same applies to Whites. The average Latino or Asian is far more family-orientated than the average white and the average black used to be as well, most blacks are still very family orientated, but the bad blacks get all the press.

I don't agree and you are wrong. Even most of the people living in the ghettos are good, decent people. A single mother with a high school or less education has little chance of ever climbing out of the hell she lives in.

Blacks weren't hired because there are quotas.
Asians weren't passed over for anyone but whites.
And since transgendered women have competed as men, your last 2 questions are ignorant.

gee---I never encountered a transgendered woman. There are persons with
a Y chromosome who are phenotypically women but tend to be athletic---but
they are not "transgendered" The condition is "testicular feminization"

How many whites have been chosen by presidents only because they are white? Mike Pence and most of the trump administration were chosen because they were white.

Why do we oppose it?…

Diversity: There can be no diversity when one sees only Right and Wrong. There is no third optio, no grey area in life. The diversity we decry is the idea that there can be multiple definitions of Righteousness and Propriety.

Equity: This is the idea that everyone has to be seen as a winner. Nobody can be allowed to fail or be told they are less qualified than anyone else. It’s a ducking farce. It’s not about equality, but rather a forced, unreal result based society.

Inclusion: Similat to Diversity, this is about forcing people to accept people, ideas, and cultures that they find inappropriate or improper.
