Fact is the constitution never mentions education and that means even children of citizens have no constitutional right to free schooling. It also means, by the tenth amendment, that education is entirely a state matter.

States need to put their foot down and refuse to let these invaders use our schools.

what's so hard for the school to send the certificates to the state agencies in charge of birth certificates for verification...? if the certificate is not on record then it is fake...or if there is more than one claim to the certificate it can also be rejected....
