Why do people in red states shoot one another to death so often?

That couple on their porch with weapons as they were threatened by BLM rioters and the DEI district attorney/AG charged them with a crime was proof enough of wariness in where you live. Move to other areas.
It was St Louis, evidently, cities have laws about pointing guns at people. I live in the SW Corner by Arkansas, where people wear firearms all da time, and people do get shot and die.

Boston, Massachusetts has a population of 651,000.
In 2024, Boston reported 2 gun-related homicides.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has 694,800.
In 2024, Oklahoma City reported 65 gun-related homicides.

Oklahoma City has far more permissive firearm regulation.
Wow, you really are not bright at all, are you?

Boston is the city with the Mayor that has flat out stated she will not protect her citizens from illegal criminals.

Boston could have a gun-related homicide every six seconds and she would not report it. That is the problem with you radicalized Marxists.

You will go out of YOUR way to hide the evil you do.

Are they more accurate, less moral, or prevented by state law from saving lives?

Mississippi is a constitutional carry state allowing both open and concealed carry without a permit for law-abiding adults 21 and older
(18+ for active-duty military). No license is required to carry a loaded firearm openly or concealed within the state.
Its death per-capita rate is 29.4.

Massachusetts requires a state-issued License to Carry (LTC) for both concealed and open carry of handguns.
There is no permitless carry, and out-of-state permits are not recognized.

Its death-per-capita rate is 3.7.

Firearm laws are imposed primarily by states upon cities, of course. 43 states have what are known as “preemption” laws, prohibiting
local governments from enacting gun regulations that are stricter than those passed by state legislatures.

If Oklahoma City were to seek to reduce its high rate of gun deaths to the level of of Boston by enacting and enforcing less permissive laws, the State of Oklahoma would prevent it.
Why do assholes, like you, lie so much about the gun crimes that happen in your blue shithole cities, that skew the statistics in those red states?

Oh, I know....because you are lying assholes!

By leftoids.
Yes. When the shooting starts, get your loved ones into a safe place. It's going to be as bad if not worse, than the Civil War.

The ONLY government agency I can back is ICE. They have proven that they'll bide their time and wait for better leadership.

The rest, I have no more faith in government. Federal or State.

Remove a certain 6%-7% of the population, and the problem magically disappears.
Hi Charlie, I'm Charlie. I see a Facebook page of Charlie introducing himself by the many thousands. They all look to be good to great character, weird.

Because those states have the highest number of blacks per capita.

Who is doing the shooting?
Pick me pick me..please pick me.

Ah, no. If people in a two "red states" shoot each other slightly more, understand, they are living in horrible economic conditions imposed by the blue states. Also, those "red states" have an inordinately high population of blacks.

But are Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconcin, Illinois, Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington red states? Because their gun death rates are only slightly lower, and they have none of the poverty and economic problems of the Deep South.

The war on the 2nd will rage on...until in a moment of weakness....the Right gives an inch and blinks...(as it has time and time again)
At which time the Left will pounce mercilessly and make gun ownership in America illegal.

You KNOW that's the goal.
The reason the Conservative right has been on the losing side of American events for over 100 years now is lack of spine.
Life is a struggle....you get what you personally fight for.

Because of the blue cities there.

Oh it’s just a matter of time…Conservatives, I mean resistant progressives are doing what they do for now…pretending they won’t budge.
Independent thinker what’s your thoughts…how long before ‘Conservatives’ find a sellable angle to buckle on the 2nd?
