Seriously, Biden's recent illegal and unconstitutional attempt to extend the already-illegal eviction moratorium would have caused yet another demand for IMPEACHMENT had President Trump tried a similar stunt. This is THEFT, and it's a clear violation of law, as well as being an unconstitutional "taking" under the Fifth Amendment. But Democrats are fine with it. They fully support it. (More than half of all U.S. landlords own two or fewer rental units, which makes them the primary victims of this theft).
What about DACA? President O'Bama publicly stated that he had no legal or constitutional power to grant a "pass" to people who were illegally brought here as minors, and then he went ahead and did it anyway.
Do Democrats recognize the fact that we have LAWS on the books covering immigration? Those laws provide for remedies, punishments, fines, etc., under circumstances DEFINED BY CONGRESS, and still in effect. Biden and O'Bama figuratively tore up a copy of the Constitution and the applicable laws with this initiative, and yet Democrats are fine with it.
Not to mention the open ******* borders, and ushering in of hundreds of thousands of people illegally - against the laws of the United States. In many cases using the U.S. military to move them to the interior of the country, which I'm sure is illegal although I haven't researched the specific applicable laws.
My local birdcage liner has a front page story today about a woman who voted for Biden specifically because she believed his promise that he would "do something" about her student loan debt. She is heartbroken that he has "failed" to do what he promised - which would be illegal and constitute theft...and for the record, another "taking" under the Fifth Amendment.
What about the Democrat shenanigans in the leadup to the last election? State laws were ignored, overturned, and changed, with NO INVOLVEMENT from the state legislatures, as required by the Constitution. And now they want to control STATE elections, in clear violation of the Constitution, just because it feels good, apparently.
Do Democrats even acknowledge the existence of laws they don't like? Apparently not.
