China learned of the outbreak in Huwan, allowed Huwan citizens to board international flights - spreading the virus globally, attempted to cover it up - sanctioning and silencing several of its scientists who reported the outbreak and identified Huwan as the epicenter, THEN reported the outbreak to the WHO, withheld critical time-sensitive information that could have potentially helped save lives, refused to allow American medical experts to come to China to help, and now has had its ChiCom govt-owned state propaganda media attempting to spread fake news story that it was the US military that attempted to plant COVID-19 in China in a city that has a Contagious Disease Lab that was warned in 2017 about vulnerabilities that could result in a leak if not fixed, an attempt that backfired and resulted in the global pandemic....

The source of Italy's outbreak has been traced back to Huwan citizens allowed to travel internationally AFTER ChiComs discovered the outbreak and BEFORE they reported it to the WHO...the same is for California, Washington state...the same is for several other nations...
Not long ago the ChiComs even threatened to withhold medicines (due to our misguided dependency on an 'enemy' over time for such critical goods), to 'Cast American into a sea of Coronavirus' ...
....And these Democrats want to reward China for all of this by lifting Sanctions against them?
