When was it put in? I am goin to say if you applied while a republican was president then the democrat government worker drones drug their feet to make you believe republicans suck

I say that based on books i read and my personal experience applying for my wife's marriage visa twice. First while Bush was president it took years. The second time while obama was president, months not years
