Why didn’t the Trump lawyer team’s court filing today include the claim that Trump declassified the documents?

Bullshit, Trump had those docs for a year and a half after he left the WH...so fuck YOURSELF

Right, it happened a YEAR AND A HALF AGO before Trump left office, piece of shit liar.

And bam, you have nothing, you're copying me, LOL. Child ...

Aww, you're kazzing (i.e., lying) again.

Watch this...

Show your proof Trump declassified all those documents 1½ year ago...

You guys keep saying that he declassified them. So, if he actually did, where is the paper trail? Declassification works like this.....the president says that something is declassified, his staff looks at the material and types a memo to all the other places also holding that particular information, and then everyone is on the same page concerning whether or not it is classified or not. If there is not any documentation, then it was never really declassified. If he actually did declassify them a year and a half ago, then SOMEONE should have found the documentation stating as such. Those documents didn't exist only in Trump's possession, the information was held at other places, and they also need to know what the status is of the information.

Legal experts are tearing the filing part. It’s basically just one big joke. Long on hyperbole and short on legal merit.

However, what’s notable is that his lawyers didn’t include the claim Trump declassified those documents before taking them. Trump himself has said as recently as today he did.

Well he basically know why. He didn’t actually do it lol

Court isn't a debate forum where progs can post their stupid points and irrational arguments.

Get that through your head. Trump's lawyers are only going to submit evidence that helps his case, dumbfuck.

Umm… Using your logic, wouldn’t proving declassification do so?

Trump himself already confessed not everything he took was declassified.

How would that help him if he hasn't been asked to prove they are classified, dumb fuck?
He has been asked. The Special Master his team asked for and selected is requiring him to do so. His team ran back to judge Cannon to stop it.

Lol um okay but apparently the evidence that he declassified the docs does not exist so…

Guess that kinda kills the argument that some on here have posited that everything Trump takes home with him is declassified.

And, since he now admits to taking home classified material, he can be brought up on charges for mishandling classified material.

There is one rule for the President declassifying them. It has to be the PRESIDENT. Relax, it was.

You prove he didn't skip rope three times, do a hand stand and duck walk across the room to declassify them. It's your claim that being President isn't enough. So prove your stupid claim, lying racist bitch

And there are no witnesses to that happening and no ne reacted to that supposed declassification the way that they would have had it occurred.

BUT...irrelevant.

Taking or having those national security docs after leaving office is illegal.

A strawman is something created by someone in a debate that could be easily knocked down.

TRUMP did that...not me and you're an idiot

You pulled it out of you racist white ass, liar. Which is why you have no links, you never do
