If the emails are the revelations they appear, Joe Biden not only knew about Hunter Biden’s and his associates’ influence-peddling with Chinese oligarchs, but facilitated it, granting access to them with him and, likely, other Obama administration high officials. Worse still, emails on the laptop implicate Joe Biden in substantial skims or cuts of “fees” paid to Hunter Biden.

If these suspicions are borne out, Xi is holding a sword over Joe Biden’s head that, if used, would not only destroy his presidency, but subject Biden to criminal prosecution (once impeached and removed from office, if he chose not to resign). What else could the top charge be than treason?

The GSA provides, upon request, provides services and facilities needed in the transition. There are two parts to the move. The residency in the East Wing and the executive offices and suites in the West Wing. For security purposes, all boxing and inventorying of what comes in and out is handle by the the White House.

The White House Staff of about 100 people headed by the Chief User moves the outgoing presidents personal belongs out of the residency in the East Wing and the incoming president's belongings into the residency. Trucks, probably provided by the GSA handle the transfer to an from the rear entrance to the White House. All of this is accomplished in about 5 hours while the new president is being inaugurated.

The transfer in the executive suites of the West Wing are handled by the Presidential staff about 400 people but the process takes a lot longer and requires more planning. It begins with a meeting between NARA officials and those responsible for the suites to make sure everybody understands the process. There are two filing systems in the West Wing, presidential records and non-presidential records. The days and weeks before the the actually move, the presidential staff are checking to make sure everything is property filed and in the correct format. 2 days before inauguration, the process of transferring records to the National Achieves begins. Actually many documents have been achieved when created or received. Also many documents are in digital format. This is one of the major problems as many records are in different formats and have to be transferred in a standard format. Classified documents are transferred to the a National Achieves facility for storage. Personal records of the president and his staff are the last thing to be packed or transferred. Generally, the number of these documents are very small compared to the presidential records sent to the National Achieve. When the new president enters the White House. The NARA officially becomes the custodian of the outgoing presidents records.
