Why did the Democrats never even try to bring their "Russian Collusion" claims to an actual court of law?

The Democrats screamed Russian Collusion for 3 and a half years, except made zero attempts to even try to prosecute their case in court, choosing instead to try the case in the political arena and in the mainstream media. Why didn't the Democrats bring their case to the Supreme Court? They made zero attempt because they had no case. They had anonymous witnesses, no sworn affidavits, no video evidence, nothing.

Why did the Democrats not want their day in court after the 2016 election?

Because the Republicans would have gained discovery powers and Dems certainly didn't want that.

Maybe, because there is no collusion law anywhere, in any federal statutes and never has been. "Collusion" is just the best red herring the republicans ever launched. Try looking it up. It ain't there to be charged.

The Democrats screamed Russian Collusion for 3 and a half years,
Because, there was no evidence to even back their so-called "claims". It was proven over and over before and during Trump's Presidency, that it was paid for courtesy of the Democrats. It all started with Hillary Clinton and the Steele Dossier. The Dems didn't want to have Crowdstrike as their "witness". Or even the former FBI agents Strzok and Paige testifying. Because, Peter Strzok lied during his hearing. And that would damper their chances.

"Collusion" is just the best red herring the republicans ever launched" Are you seriously trying to lay the freaking collusion narrative at the Republican's feet? Seriously?

The reason they did not try to prosecute it was the same reason they did not want the voting scandal brought into court.

They would lose.

I didn't pay attention to that silliness but I figure all these politicians in both parties know the idiocy they're practicing when attacking the other side.

Trump just wanted them talking about thing he could not be charged with instead of thing he could not. You could be stupid or you could already know. I don't care. Any way you slice it. The traitorous insurrectionist bastard was defeated at the polls by around 7 Million Votes and his worthless ass and yours don't matter anymore. To bad he destroyed your party trying to overthrow free elections and rule of law, guaranteeing no republican president for at least half a generation, maybe more, cause now people know, they cannot be trusted with democracy. Have a nice day, Sucker! :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg:

Bless your poor miserable little heart. It must be painful to be that stupid. It's takes a low I.Q. idiot to think that President Donald J. Trump was the one that wanted Russia collusion to be the nightly narrative for four freaking years. At least now everyone on this board can know that you shouldn't be taken seriously in any adult conversation.

Federal law doesn't have jack shit to do with your claim that Russia collusion was Trump's desired narrative. You're just trying to find a way to try to pretend that you're not the fool that you are. It was REPUBLICANS that pointed out over and over that there was no statute for "collusion". It was Democrats that screamed collusion 24/7 on CNN and MSNBC as well as making it daily fare on the legacy news medias. I haven't seen such idiocy on this board since Rdean disappeared.

If you saw 10,000 lemmings dive of a cliff, you bitch at one that said "that's bullsh#t, I'm staying on solid ground"? In the Mueller report Barr buried for 2 weeks, Mueller wouldn't bite on it or address it either, for the same reasons and stated so. Go bitch at him, moron. Or didn't you bother to read that either?

7 million votes is in reference to the popular vote. You are trying to turn this into a discussion about the electoral college, which it is not. We are not talking about the electoral college vs. the popular vote.

Never accused him of collusion. Sounds like some phony charge you would come up with. Even trump (right on the white house lawn), said no law against it, even if he did. You did hear he was soundly beaten in the 2020 election right? It was in all the papers. I point this out, simply because you sound like you just woke up and missed a lot. Are you on meds?

The thread is not about the popular vote, the electoral college, or anything other than why the Democrats wanted to try their "Russian Collusion" case in the media instead of a court of law. They had zero video testimony or eyewitnesses. They simply made it up.

The Democrats screamed about Russian Collusion for 3 and a half years with zero evidence. They refused to try their case in court.

Look dumb ass. 1. No Law forbidding Collusion. 2. Legal minds for right or wrong said you can't charge a sitting president with anything, anyway. Are you just wanting to whine because of the horrible, yet rightly deserve publicity? Trump didn't care about bad publicity. Remember the "grab them by the p#ssy" thing. Heck the christian right did not even mind that. How bout screwing around on all his wives and even conspiring to pay hush money over sex with strippers and playboy models, even while his own wife was pregnant? That was fine with the average no values republican and the christian right. He got his 4 years didn't he? What are you bitching about? He got away with being a sleaze, scott free, so far. So, what if it helped cost him the election? He could have shown better character and not been involved in any of it, as it was all by his choice, right? Look at after the election when he tried to overthrow by hook or crook, abiding by free elections itself. Quit whining. It turned out for the best. Of course your party now looks like crap, but I didn't do that. Trump did.

So, Trump committed collusion with Russia, won the election in 2016, then created the Russia Collusion narrative to highlight what he had done? No video evidence and no sworn affidavits of any of this by the way. Simply 3 and a half years of non-stop media hysteria over something that didn't happen.
