If I see this problem in the right way then I suggest to all of you to think about that such hard psychological traumata need professional help for the relatives and friends of the victims - up to the fourth generation. Not to forget: Heavy traumata are even able to change the epigenetic structures so human beings are able to suffer under unknown traumata of their parents and grandparents.
