Why did Kamala lose?

I shared this in another thread, I think Bill Maher nailed it for many and I'll paraphrase if you or anyone else doesn't watch it. Maher basically says that the left is going to far on too many issues and are not calling themselves out for the extreme ideology.

He has been saying that for 3 years - and all the Democrats do is give him grief for having said it.
It is time everyone acknowledges - the Democrats AGREE with extreme ideology now

And the extreme ideology they are agreeing with is to Divide the people and buy votes through division. But many people are too dumb to realize it.

Perhaps a mort interesting question is "Why was she even competitive?" or "Why was the race even remotely close"?

Identity politics is right out of the Art of War. Pretty much exactly.

I wouldn't put it as, She lost because..." but it seems clear to me that if she had named Josh Shapiro as her running mate, she would have won - probably in a landslide.

But speaking of VP's, the advent of J.D. Vance to the national stage is a game changer. For the past four years, most Americans were quite adamant that they didn't want Biden assassinated or tossed by the 26th Amendment because Plan B was so awful. Now, nobody will have nightmares about a Trump assassination (always a possibility with any President) because Plan B would probably be better.

And we Republicans have teed up a great nominee for 2028, eh?

Your candidate has to be a real idiot to lose to a twice impeached lying felon rapist fascist.

Imagine Vance with Tulsi as VP? There is nothing in the Democrats' bullpen that even comes close.

I think we can blame the establishment of the Democratic Party too. All those corrupt billionaires and stupid wars.

Why did Kamala lose?
  • Women are not only interested in abortion.
  • Transgender activists
  • Inflation
  • Chaos at the border
  • Democrat opposition to free speech
  • The Democrats are no longer the party of working folk
  • Walz’s fabricated biography
  • Kamala was not an impressive candidate.
  • Forever wars Why would Kamala ally herself with Dick Cheney?

The big problem: the establishment hates the American people.

Kamala’s loss represents a great opportunity for Democrats to reform their party.

"In the same speech in which he admitted that 90% of people in Gaza are facing acute food insecurity amid Israel's blockade and bombardment, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken claimed on Tuesday that South Africa's lawsuit accusing Israel of genocide is 'meritless' despite the exhaustive evidence set to be reviewed by a United Nations court this week."

Wrong thread for your islamic terrorist hugging.

She's dumb. She let tens of millions of illegals roll in while laughing about it. She wouldn't acknowledge inflation and the economy.
