LOL! Article is leftist sewage - as are you!The conservative movement has spent the days following the shocking murder of right-wing activist Charlie Kirk attacking a bedrock American value: free speech.
In the most high-profile incident, the Federal Communications Commission pressured ABC parent The Walt Disney Company to sideline talk show host Jimmy Kimmel after he made a joke mocking President Donald Trump’s response to Kirk’s death. This followed CBS canceling “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” shortly after the network paid a $16 million settlement to President Donald Trump over how “60 Minutes” edited an interview with Kamala Harris.
Vice President JD Vance and senior White House aide Stephen Miller have argued that a crackdown on left-of-center groups is necessary to stop people from telling the truth about what a bigot and conspiracy theorist Kirk was.
To give cover to their war on speech, conservatives have declared nearly everything they oppose politically as “woke,” and then pushed for the removal of “woke” things— including speech and diversity—from public and private institutions and individuals.
Conservatism has a serious problem when it comes to competing in an open war of ideas. Many conservative priorities, like racism and economic policies bent around the desires of the ultra-wealthy, are not popular with the public at large. To allow an open exchange of ideas is to allow for the chance that liberalism and the Democratic Party might succeed.

Good article, but the author could have just said they are all scared little snowflakes, and saved bandwidth.
Christianists are the worst.
Come now.Why is the world's second richest foreign man trying to stir up violence? He needs to be deported, yes?
God involved in politics?LOL
From your link.......Miller said this.
“So let me explain a bit of what that means," Miller said. “The organized doxxing campaigns, the organized riots, the organized street violence, the organized campaigns of dehumanization, vilification, posting people's addresses, combining that with messaging designed to trigger, incite violence in the actual organized cells that carry out and facilitate the violence—it is a vast, domestic terror movement, and with God as my witness, we are going to use every resource we have at the Department of Justice, Homeland Security, and throughout this government to identify, disrupt, dismantle, and destroy these networks and make America safe again for the American people.”
God involved in politics?

We just endured the four years of a mentally impaired president who allowed the Country be run by a person or persons unknown while the federal law enforcement agencies were weaponized in support of liberalism. Concerned parents in Virginia became terrorist suspects for complaining about the treatment of their kids. Trump was impeached on the basis of fraudulent faked documents and he was indicted on frivolous charges. His home was invaded by militarized federal cops and his wife's underwear drawer was even violated by federal cops allegedly looking for classified documents. When that didn't work the crazy TDS left set him up for two assassination attempts. Now the crazy TDS left wants to quote the Constitution in defense of an unfunny comic who was costing more than he was worth? WTF?
...despite the fact there was no direct evidence of that abuse, something no one should be questioning or unfamiliar with.Trump was impeached for abuse of power....
Mindless nonsense.now that we're seeing it numerous times again in his second term.

There is no direct witness to the terms Trump supposedly laid out in this phone call.Sooo., the phone call between Trump and Zelensky in which he threatened to cut aid to Ukraine in order to help Russia never happened?
Correct.Trump never gave a speech in which he incited a riot at the capitol building?
There is no direct witness to the terms Trump supposedly laid out in this phone call.
Correct.
The truth is meaningless to the people who start with "I hate Trump" and work backwards from there.
They don't want to have A voice, they want to have THE voice.
No competition allowed. It's an authoritarian thing.
(The Center Square) – New York University School of Law cancelled a Federalist Society event scheduled for Oct. 7 that concerned free speech and featured a conservative Jewish speaker, the school’s reasons for cancellation ranging from security to lack of space.
In a statement obtained by The Center Square, the event’s speaker, Ilya Shapiro, said: “I was grateful to the NYU students for inviting me to discuss my book and the crisis in higher education.”
People who say the most aggressive and dangerous things in public are now celebrated and encouraged. He needs to be deported, yes?
Which is not an abuse of power. There is literally a whitehouse transcript of the call, where Trump asks Zelensky to "look into Joe and Hunter biden, as a little favor," right after Zelensky asks for more military support.
"Fight like hell" is a common colloquialism, used by all kinds people all over the country in any number of contexts, fr any number of purposes. So the speech telling his insurrections to fight, or we won't have a country anymore,...
You know American Citizens cannot be legally deported from the US, right? Why is the world's second richest foreign man trying to stir up violence? He needs to be deported, yes?
He literally broke federal law in order to get a quid quo pro out of Zelensky, but ok, not abuse of power at all, LMAOOOWhich is not an abuse of power.
Thanks for the proof.

The suspension of belief necessary to reach the conclusion Trump said this as a means to incite violence at the Capitol requires Nth degree partisan bigotry - such as that held by house Democrats and their useful idiots followers, such as yourself.
Are these the words and actions of a contrite, embarrassed and upset president who had no intention at all of inciting violence? If you can say, no, then you've just confirmed you're a cultist and Trump is your cult leader.
Which is not an abuse of power.
Thanks for the proof.
