Why can't we have a law compelling women to spend more time with their kids?

Since we are all about compelling people to do things that are good for them why shouldn't we have a law making women staying at home with their kids? A precedent has been set with the obamacare garbage so now we can compel everyone to anything we happen to think is good for them.

Why am I not surprised that a Conservative wants to impose involuntary servitude on women?
