Why can't Americans be as thin as the Japanese? What should Americans eat to be as thin as the Japanese? I blame the big corporations like Walmart and McDonald's for all the landwhales we have to see on our streets! We need real organic food not overly processed crap! Also American women need to control their appetites!

1) because we eat delicious food
2) food
3) blaming corporations isn't going to make you less fat
4) you can't walk brownstone without finding organic food. And if you want grow a garden

Not having unhealthy foods within reach is huge for me. I just don't buy them. If I had them in the house, I would eat them for sure. For some reason I find it easy to limit my purchases to healthier foods, and completely abstain from buying the bad stuff.
