The case made its way to the court... it was always going to be challenged and overturned at some point... if not this court then one down the road would have done it... laws are like the foundation to our system... if one is weak the system breaks down... now its the way it should have been... decided by the states by the vote of the people... no one in the country voted for Roe V Wade... and that's why it was bad law... democrats should change the name of their party to the dictator party... why do they hate letting the people vote?...

Most recent news is that Trump wants the Government or Insurance to cover the costs of IVF treatments. But isn't he somewhat responsible for the reasons why this issue is even a topic of contention right now?

Trump just threw the evangelical vote under the bus because they believe IVF is Satanic. You create all of these embryos, and then destroy the unused embryos upon a successful pregnancy happening. MURDER. They're murdering human embryos!!!

Many of these abortion ban states have "life begins at conception" amendments to their State Constitutions, so the destruction of the unused embryos is "murder". Which is why IVF doctors are shutting down in these states.

Trump says he will protect IVF, but Vance and the Republicans voted against a federal law protecting IVF, and Vance personally opposes it.

Trump also said that insurance or the federal government will pay for IVF for anyone who needs it, but that's not realistic either. We had government funded IVF treatments here, and they've been delisted to save costs. Similary, not all US insurance companies, offer the coverage and it's expensive.

IVF was the FIRST thing they cut when the government was trying to save money on health care.
