About one third of the states are going to effectively ban abortions or already have.

About one third are going to keep abortion legal no matter what.

About one third of the states could go either way.

Why are pro choice advocates so afraid to battle the issue out on a state by state basis?

Perhaps they see the right to body autonomy as something that should exist, and not have to be fought for. Perhaps they prefer freedoms to argument.

Then the answer is simple. Instead of trying to force their opinion on a group that doesn't want it, they just need to move to a state that agrees with their opinion. Problem solved.

Because then elected politicians will have to do the work and take the heat... not just hand the issue to the courts.... and run off to the next Obama party at his 15 million dollar mansion.....

What makes you think pro choice advocates are scared to fight it out?

Because they are emotionally disturbed, mentally ill and have the attention span of an amoeba.

Maybe we don't think a woman's bodily autonomy should rely on what state she lives in?

Oh, you have to move to have rights that were guaranteed for 50 years? Good plan.

Or they can stay where they are, and vote for candidates that are pro-choice. And if they need an abortion (or other things that the GOP wants banned) they can travel to the states that allow it. Medical tourism.

The left has never given a damn what the people want. Leftist leaders think they know what's best for the peasants, and the peasants better shut the hell up and do what they're told.

The left is not demanding that victims of rape or incest have to carry the fetus to term. The left is not discussing investigating miscarriages.

Both sides want the world to do as they are told.

Politicians are afraid to take the heat on tough issues... no longer will they be able to pass the buck to the courts.... on any issue.... and this is a good thing and long over due....
Every time they have a hard issue in CA for example they pass it off to some unelected group of appointed commissioners like the coastal commission and that's not the way we are suppose to govern.....

.

And we have elected Representatives that are granted the power to make those decisions and provide us with Legislation.

In what way did your response address my question?

I'm sure all the multi-millionaire celebrities who care about the common person will fly pregnant women to the State of their choice.
IDK. It's the rich celebrities that turn out to be all virtue signaling. Look at how many of them actually left the country when Trump was elected.
