Trump had a "Stay in Mexico" policy. Why remove this policy which had reduced illegal immigration to a trickle?

I believe there is a large swath of Americans who are basically just putting their hands up in the air and giving up. They are surrendering their position in the world, tired of fighting and trying to win. The once proud Americans relegated to towel boy to their International masters. It is sad to watch a once dominant nation accept mediocrity and the dismissal of norms.

It doesn't need to be overtly said, the actions, policies and election decisions speak volumes. Some people still believe that just spending the most money on their military assures they can never lose a Cold War once it becomes hot. Without patriotism and national identity, you cannot win a war.
