Why AI information and advice is often less than the best or even reasonably better advice or counsel.

To the extents of an internet browser's provide artificial intelligence, (AI) is reluctant to displease, or find fault with, or shock, or disagree with me or with anyone else, that AI's less of use to me and likely is less of use to anyone else.

Regardless of their competence or expertise, to the extents of our counselors not entirely revealing what they believe is true or the best of likely alternatives, our advisors are not properly advising us. Respectfully, Supposn

AI doesn't exist. It's just more complex programs and feedback algorithms.
True AI would eliminate mankind as a survival mechanism.
Orangecat, you contradict yourself. AI does (exist as you posted), "just more complex programs and feedback algorithms".

Throughout history, doomsayers have predicted that each new device or method would be to our societies' net detriments. It was said the development of reading and writing would in time cause mankind to lose our abilities of recalling or understanding things or concepts. But unless or until we finally directly destroy ourselves by warfare, or by indirectly destroying the ability of our earth to sustain us, or some huge natural catastrophe befalls us, mankind continues to exist and evolve. There is no true AI. True AI is able to think, learn, grow, assimilate information and make decisions all on its own, but that doesn't exist.

What we call AI now is just a very efficient learning program that compiles existing information and data, it doesn't create new information or data for itself. That's why what we call AI simply scours information that already exists and is still bound to limitations set by its creators.

When an AI is created it's created by humans, hence why googles AI launched and had everything racially skewed. When other ai generates images it's still just interpretating existing human images in its own way. Ai hasn't actually created anything new, it's just insanely efficient at processing human created data.

Incorrect. Just because you name something as "intelligence" doesn't make it so.

Orangecat, "just more complex programs and feedback algorithms" isn't unintelligent; but as you stated, it is automated intelligence.
