"A new bill in California would allow private citizens go after gun makers in the same way Texas lets them target abortion providers."

Is the left now admitting that Texas' law was acceptable after all? And constitutional?

No, they are practicing an "eye for an eye". I don't support that as the Supreme Court will end up overturning the Texas law.

The left is putting pressure on SCOTUS

If you are allowing Texans to enforce the law on abortion, California must be allowed the same on guns

Only problem is federal law grants gun manufacturers immunity from those frivolous law suits.

.

Federal law permits the abortion providers to provide abortions also. But this is why the courts will overturn the Texas law.

If they got away with it in Texas, why not try it in California? If the Supreme Court contradicts itself in it's rulings, what will that say? It'll say they are legislating from the bench. Playing politics from the bench. They aren't supposed to be doing that.

No the left is trying to circumvent federal law, it ain't gonna work.

.

There's a federal law that says you can't sue a gun manufacturer for a criminal act using one of their guns? Didn't know that, was there maybe a Supreme Court decision that said that? If there isn't, there oughta be but I didn't know that was the case.

Wrong again commie, it will say they are two distinct and separate topics.

Yes, there is a law saying exactly that.
