I agree with the death penalty in some cases and as we have him on clear video killing her, it should apply. The death penalty should only apply in cases where it is absolutely certain, without any doubt that the person was the killer (a combination of video, DNA, fingerprints, witnesses, et cetera). All evidence should be heavily scrutinized, and any exonerating evidence allowed in.
There should never be a death penalty if no one was killed or there was only eyewitness testimony, as in the cases where there are multiple witnesses and each presents somewhat different perspectives.

This guy should be doused in gasoline and set on fire in public. 20 years on death row is not a deterrent.

Since she came here as an immigrant, she is part of a Nazi plot to make America white again. The oppressed black man had to lash out to avenge the deaths of all black men who were killed simply for looking at a white woman.
