Whether Biden or Carter were better is irrelevant.
Both were one term Presidents who will be ranked in the 20-30 range among Presidents.

Both are significantly better than Bush or Trump with Trump being considered the worst modern President (post 1900) by historians

I was having a hard time deciding but I agree with your post. Biden even ran a 2020 campaign of uniting the country and spent four years dividing it even more. He also ran a campaign promising transparency and telling Americans the truth and taking responsibility for things and did none of those.

I say Carter was the better man because he had some accomplishments, such as the Egypt/Israel peace deal. All Biden did was push Climate change disguised as such things as inflation reduction, which he later admitted was really all about climate change. And although Carter's attempt at rescuing American hostages failed, with the helicopter crashing killing all involved, at least he tried. Conversely, Biden simply chastised Israel for trying to rescue American hostages in Gaza.

Carter did live to see how Roe had murdered over 60 million unborn children, in addition to the gender nonsense in the schools leading to kids have sex changes. Where was his moral conviction then?

If he was such a religious man, why did he insist on Christ bowing to every political whim the DNC had? Obviously, no political party can measure up and needs critiqued, something Carter did not have the moral conviction to do.

U R correct Votto. Thanks for "refreshing" my memory! Pres. Biden & his admin is/was such a bitter disappointment to me that I think I was looking for a past presidential failure(Carter admin.) that could possibly look good @ least compared to pres. Biden & his administration. While Franklin Pierce is often considered 'possibly' the absolute most incompetent POTUS ever he has in my opinion two other contenders to live down to, the Biden & Carter duo.

Carters Presidency is being looked at better by historians over time

I would rate Biden around 25 and Carter around 30 as Presidents

How can you say Biden rescued the economy when his signature legislation- the deceptively-named Inflation Reduction Act - exacerbated the impact of global inflation here in the states? People saw their groceries spike 30 and 40 percent. Don’t forget average gas prices have hovered above $3.50 under Biden and will definitely settle at well over $3.00 when he leaves.
