President Barack Obama*said on Thursday that “we got back every dime we used to rescue the financial system."

According to the Congressional Budget Office, however,*the government*will lose*about $24 billion on the bailout.

On the SAME DAY, no less....

CBO numbers are based on numbers from Obozo's very own OMB.

And it ain't "the Gummint" that will lose $24Bn.**

It is the TAXPAYERS who will lose it.

OMB ( executive branch) and CBO (legislative branch) often disagree on forecasts. Aren't you getting a it lathered up over a perfectly run-of-the-mill disagreement on the future collections to be realized? And isn't the financial bailout a Bush administration law?
