There was a very bad deal in place, which Iran nonetheless violated right from the start, and President Trump very properly withdrew from it in order to pressure the ayatollahs to give up their nuclear weapons ambitions.

I agree that Israel must keep a watchful eye on the ayatollahs and if there is evidence they are trying to rebuild their nuclear program or accumulate too many missiles, Israel must take action to stop them, but I don't see what more Israel can do right now to prevent these things from happening.
