The entire nation just rejected your kangaroo court's verdict. Besides, Biden is a felony suspect who the DOJ refuses to prosecute because he is too senile. That may change in a matter of weeks though.

I am not here to speculate. I have very little knowledge of the law to opine one why or the other, other than to say that statistics do not give it a high percentage of happening.

What I am here to say is the the country voted for a convicted felon to be president. That does not speak highly of those that voted for him,
