I wonder if the guys homeowners insurance is going to cover that?

His insurance company will sue the police agency which is responsible for the damage.

Did he have boat insurance?

With a boat like that, wouldn't he be a fool not to?

As my thread title indicates, I am most interested in who ran over Tamerlan - but I'm also interested in when the younger brother received the bullet wound in his neck area. Was it during the first shootout - or was it while he was reportedly "unarmed" in the boat?

These "inconsistencies" tend to undermine trust in authorities.
