I would not think it should be necessary, but there will be striking differences between Trump's and Kamala's economic impacts on average households.

You mentioned in an earlier post that you plan to retire soon.

Inflation is a fixed income killer.

Prices of energy will soar under Kamala, raising prices on everything.

Kamala will make things more expensive in the name of Climate as well - EV mandates, appliance mandates, carbon limits (Biden is already doing it).

Kamala will increase taxes; Trump will lower them.

Gas price differences should be obvious.

Stock market will have different winners and losers under the two candidates, but stocks will generally perform worse under Kamala's higher corporate tax rates.

So many other major differences. Basically everything - crime, immigration, social agendas, 2nd amendment, wages. At least it's a very clear choice. I am surprised you don't think there will be significant impacts on yourself personally.

Everyone will be impacted. Just look at the past four years. It will get much worse under Harris/Walz.

Indeed. And I know it is politically expedient to blame all the inflation on Biden, but if you were honest you could admit that all that spending in 2020 played a major role in the inflation that followed.

Under Biden, not because of him but during his time in office, the US is producing the most oil and NG ever. The problem is not the US, the problem is that the US is the only nation producing more now than in 2019. The POTUS has nothing to do with this.

The last 4 years have been the best 4 of my life. My wife and I both have gotten promotions at our jobs and are making more money than we ever dreamed of. We had a house built and for the first time ever live in a house that we got to add the things we really wanted. We have traveled more and saved more at the same time

None of this was due to Biden, just as the great 4 years we had under Trump had nothing to do with him.

The truth of the matter is the person sitting in the White House has very little impact on the daily lives of the citizens.
