I picked the "Health and Lifestyle" because this is clearly a mental health issue...
1. Is it the folks who scheduled a special Community Board meeting at the New York State Assembly to listen to this prattle about exaclty when the Pee Party would or would not beat drums....
or
2. The Pee folks who can't imagine that New Yorkers wouldn't yearn for the magnificant drumming!
