Have set up and tools and reagents to create and manufacture testing.

Have set up and skills ready to create a vaccine for it, and reagents and factories to manufacture it here, for 300 million people.

Have N95 masks and other hospital necessities stored and ready for heavy hospital use....and made in the USA

Have airlines ready with a pandemic travel plan...

Have schools put in clean air recycling systems....improve their off site teaching plans with curriculum that does not put them behind if they are required to stay home....develop after school programs and activities to socialize from home....

THERE ARE just so many many things we could be working on and improving so that we are not caught with our pants down like we were with this COVID surprise in 2020.... which caused a lot of harm, death, chaos, and mayhem...
