I think they are. Based on what I've seen, read, and heard, they are not tolerant of non-Asians and they even discriminate within the Mongoloid sub-species, i.e., Japanese don't care for Chinese or Koreans and vice/versa. They all prefer to keep to themselves, but collectively they would unite against a non-Asian adversary.

The only reason there is inter-mingling today is the effect of recent wars on global circumstances. They are being gently coerced.
