He has a history of interacting with WH security and even had a protection order banning him. Psychotics are often fixated on a single issue or belief. Often its the government. I have had patients who believed the FBI or IRS was after them. Always some form of authority. Aliens too. The sad thing is we can treat this but cant force them to get treatment long enough
