Americans own a lot of guns. That makes us dangerous. That means the police generally speaking are in more danger while they interact with us. They're afraid. They don't get a lot of training and they don't make a lot of money.

It makes us potentially dangerous. At distance, the guy looked like he was pointing a rifle at civilians and when he turned it on the cops, he got his ticket punched. It sounds like he was troubled and wanted to die but didn't have the strength or means to pull a trigger on himself.
