That's what the leadership in Libya did.

The Libyan government provided free health care.

The people also had free education. And even if they wanted to go to a top notch university in America, it was 100% paid for, including generous living expenses.

And their infrastructure projects literally made the desert bloom. And the GMR project brought plenty of fresh water to thirsty areas, thus solving the myriad health problems caused by a lack of clean potable water.

The Libyan government spent that massive oil revenue on health, education, infrastructure and housing. That helped the Libyan people immensely.

So the ultra-corrupt Democrats and their AQ allies brutally killed them for it.

Because of the Democratic party of slavery's blatantly illegal actions, Libya is now best known for it's massive Negro slave markets.
