Scenario: Walking over to outer security, and shooting on the way into hall, corridors and finally into a room so crowded with Media people have to step over each other. It was a long walk. Many LE would've been wounded or killed if this GENIUS would've succeeded.

Not sure the guy was stable. Who believes they could get past all that security with a few weapons?

He was allowed to get to that level for the correspondence dinner with a gun....by Secret Service detail.....otherwise he would not have made it to the secret service security detail just outside the ballroom on that level....and for the life of me, I can not understand WHY that was the case....

Try he was a registered guest......who would have had a background check.....so from what I've seen, nothing stood out. He would have had access to hotel areas except the ballroom. If you noticed, he ran to and through the outer most security perimeter.

The democrats will continue the government shutdown in hopes that with the funding situation for the secret service that a future attempt on Trump will succeed.
