Do I think ALL republicans hate education, minorities, and gays? No of course not. My dad is proof of that. However, that doesn't change the fact those themes aren't abundent in the party.

Sure I'll admit Dean and I get carried away with our hatred for the party, but that doesn't change the fact that I have moderate liberal stances. And no I don't agree with everything Dean says. When an individual's race is more important to fill a position than their ability to prove themselves "qualified" for the position they are hoping to attain, I'd say race has gotten in the way for far too long. It's far overdo to eliminate ethnicity on application forms, do away with affirmative action, and let an individual's skills and education level speak for themselves WITHOUT prejudice, favoritism, or special treatment.
