Yes, he certainly does post whatever pops into his head no matter how unrelated to the thread subject and manages to do so with a singular lack of impulse control.

I know Moonglow was really into going to Furry Conventions. My guess is he got the monkeypox there. Either that or off a toilet seat. And yeah....He's the chicken.
