Main issue I would add is the NEED for medical development of methods for
screening and proving which people are not recovered or safe from dangerous criminal
disorders, addiction or abusive conditions so this can be managed safely without criminalizing or politicizing the process.

The suspect has been charged with DWI and will likely face upgraded charges.
Here is what has not been reported locally with the exception of the AMKK Crime News Network:
• The defendant was on a PR BOND for DWI
• The defendant was already on a PR BOND for Felony Assault on a Family Member
• The defendant was previously convicted of Assault of a Family Member
• The defendant’s Felony Assault Charge was DISMISSED after completing a battery intervention program February 2020.
• The defendant remained on PR BOND the entire time
Who mourns for the life of 16 year old Tristan Sanders killed as a result of Criminal Justice and Bond Reform
