So with gas prices doubled, where does the extra money that we pay at the pump end up?

Subsidies to green energy is one place. Higher dividends to investors is another.
Not in exploration or development as long as dementia dudes official position is to ruin fossil fuels companies
Naturally, that's all incorrect and is just cult fantasy you invented.

what country is charging the oil companies for the oil produced in the US?
We buy from private companies that charge the Global price are you suggesting they shouldn't charge the global price? Gas prices are set by the price of oil and no company is going to shoot themselves in the foot and not charge that price. Go peddle your socialism elsewhere

Sure it is proggy but I guess you gotta double down on your support for the diaper dude & insane progressive policies.
Which gender did you settle on today?

Lol, according to your idiot source. Meanwhile the gas tax in the state of Ohio is 37 cents for gas and 45 for deasil. Gas has more than doubled. So go fuck your self and your source.

Plus the $.18+ for fed taxes.
Sorry if you hate the facts proggy but that's Ok.
I'm sure you'll be fine after you go cry it out in a safe space.
Announce your genders while going in as a courtesy to others

Other than the gas tax being one of the highest in the country, there are other reasons why gas is so expensive in California.

A major reason for this is the Cap and Trade Program. This requires big greenhouse gas emitters like the refineries to purchase carbon credits. As a result, the extra cost gets projected to consumers.

Additionally, there are also strict requirements on gas stations to sell only specific blends of gas so that the pollution is minimized. Although this brings quality, it still adds to the cost.

That's including the feds. So the new 2.50 per gallon goes straight into the oil industry pocket. Gas tax has not changed here for several years
