Yep, at least they are supposed to. If ya noticed a few weeks ago the barrel went down and gas went up. Regardless the profit goes to the oil companies and the refinery. Most refinery are owned by oil. No matter how you slice it the profit is going to the oil companies shortbus not taxes as dipshit before said. Taxes have remained steady oil and gas went up. Go fuck yourself.
