When you launch an ill thought out war

Before one launches a war, you have to look at the consequences, and decide whether it is worth the effort, and whether you have the logistics to back up that war. Already some unplanned for consequences are showing up. Yes, Iran deserves to be damaged, but what is the price the rest of the world, including us, will pay to do that? Will the result be worth it? And do we even have the logistical supplies to do the job?

so iran is getting bombed and their first thing is to blow up some gas lines somewhere else?

Israel has wanted supreme leader dead for decades, after all he keep throwing rockets and killing innocent people

War Update: Iran Withstands Attacks, Punishes US & Allies | Prof. Seyed M. Marandi

Mar 3, 2026
"If you kill the leader of an entire religion, and start a war of aggression during a country's holiest month—the equivalent of being attacked in the West right before Christmas—you better be damn sure you have a swift way to victory. With every day this war drags on, the pain on the US and its regional allies—including Isreal, the primary reason for the war—increases. And Iran knows this. Professor Marandi tells me that Iran has been preparing for this type of scenario for decades. There are reasons why all their important military infrastructure is deep under ground. Listen to Dr. Marandi, Professor at the University of Tehran explaining what it means to be in the city of attack and how the Iranians are reacting to the US' largest assault on the region and on International Law."

And Trumpfy was told by the Pentagon and many generals that he would lose the war if he went ahead .
So he ignored them .
And quite possibly he will reap the whirlwind .

No cohesive strategy
No reserves -- ammunition or missiles .

Look out for a craven Trumpfy pleading for a Cease Fire which the cheeky Iranians should ignore if they are smart .

Which they are

I do worry that we are straining our munitions stockpile

If the radical shia dictatorship in iran holds on for many months that will be a problem

And yes, the stranglehold iran can exert via the Straight of Hormuz will hurt the world economy if it lasts too long

Or did you pull this out of your arse ?

Consequences also include how will things play out if you don't launch military action and let the disease fester and continue to grow.

Iran has spent the past 46+ years in region and global attacks mostly upon the "infidels", the non (Shia)Muslim world.

How much longer should that be allowed to continue ?

Sometimes it's best to live within a status quo and only make change gradually, even though it may not be a pleasant or easy process.

That is better than Iran having nukes to threaten the world with.
They wouldn't threaten for long.

Anywhere between one to a dozen and they will use them.
First a few towards Israel, then the rest towards the USA.
If they had them now, they would have used them if they had a means of delivery.

The Leftist Loonies on this board and around the world would rather wait until Iran has set off a few nukes and then debate whether to retaliate or not.

So was Trump lying the last year when he attacked Iran, or are they lying now?
It's known as adjusting to change of circumstances/conditions.
Being flexible rather than rigid.
You Lefty Loony-tunes always complain cause some Rightie Leader won't change their position on an issue.
Well this is a case where change/revision is long overdue.

Only 1 solution for that:

Nuke the cube.

Which ones are doing OFFENSIVE operations? Yea...none.
Idiot !
An operation like this requires co-ordinated C3 = Command-Control-Communications (& Co-ordination)
Those other nations have not trained WITH the USA and Israel, nor share linkage into the C3 this requires.
They may get involved in patching things up after the ayatollahs an Extreme Islamic faction are out of power and/or de-fanged/purged.

Yeah, no. :nono:
They're getting degraded today, too. IRGC and regime goons will die today by the hundreds.

Nuke the cube.
Actually a better one would be to steer an "asteroid" (Rod From Gawd*) towards it and then came claim it was an Act of Allah.

Also, a nuke is overkill, too much damage to the city. Only need to target and destroy the Kaaba. 'Rod From Gawd' is more precise and contains amount of damage, with no radioactive fallout.

* A "rod" about the size of a telephone pole, made of slag iron-nickel so it resembles a type of meteorite that often hits Earth, accelerated towards impact so the kinetic energy does the job.

I've proposed this for years now as a way to invalid the dogma of Islam, show Allah's displeasure.
