Russia wasn't in Syria to make Obama look stupid. The US didn't care too much about Syria.

Syria happened for a few reasons. The Arab Spring, obviously, a result of poor governance in many countries and rising food prices because of drought in Russia and the Ukraine.

Obama didn't change that. He got involved in Libya because... Libya has oil and Libya was OPEC. Same reason why Bush went after Iraq.

Trump didn't change anything either. He didn't stop the civil war in Syria. He claims (laughably) to have defeated ISIS when the US barely had troops in the country.

He says it's not the US's fight, yet congratulated himself on bombing an airfield Russia was using, but told Russia to get out because he was about to bomb it. Why if it's not the US's fight.

Trump is consistently full of shit, knows nothing about foreign policy and just uses it to try and make other presidents look bad. And he doesn't even do that well, this tweet you posted is rambling and all over the place.
