Chlorhexidrine is a disinfectant used internally in the mouth, eyes, rectum, vagina, etc. and it or its analogous are the likely most practical applications.
So you have moved off injecting light as an explanation and have moved to injecting Chlorhexidine (i think you added an r accidently) which is a mouth wash or applicant and should NEVER be swallowed or injected. LOL. I'll give you the award for hardest spin job tried this week. You're posting anything now.
Its obvious that Trump was spit-balling ideas he paid 1% attention to, and attempted to sound informed and scientific. He came off stupid. There is no amount of gaslighting that can undo that.

No he asked doctors to look into both UV and disinfectants. Nebulized inhalation of low dose or potentially use a surgical wash to exposed infected tissue in the operation suite as the most potential:
