I was told here that the Democratic Senators who told soldiers not to break the law if they were instructed to do so, committed the crime of sedition.

I would like a timeline, more or less, of when they will go to jail for such crime.

And will this be more or less before or after James Comey gets locked up.

Sedition law (18 U.S.C. § 2384) requires conspiracy to overthrow/oppose the government by force, and is not a public service reminder about following the law.
