of course it would not prove one way or another about whether she was molested or not.... (even if she reported it at the time, there was no way to prove such a thing.... plus he was a juvenile and not 18 yet and his parents were wealthy, mother a judge, so nothing would have ever happened to him)

But it would have given more weight to her "story" if Timmy's house was the house she described as where the event took place...

And if it was not the same as what she drew, then it would have given more weight to what Kavanaugh had said.

The FBI didn't interview her, nor did the FBI interview him....

I didn't think that was the ruling, the judge basically said Acosta was denied due process and for that reason should get his press pass back. The Constitutional right question is yet to be determined, but I hope they do not rule in Acosta's favor. Otherwise any dickhead can could take over the proceeding without consequence.
