The objection is about privacy. As in, for example, measures taken to not reveal kids' names.

He is for the bill, but wants it amended. Hardly uncommon for any bill.

Good Lord, and just because the man voted in line with his principles, instead of some 'all or nothing' expectation seasoned generously by your degree of depravity and political nonsense, does not require that you turn what he indicated into the same old shit show.
