NFBW: On a per capita basis what exactly is ‘more’ for working class/middle class citizens than it did for the upper class.

IOW if you as an individual get a tax break of $800 on a years worth of labor is that more than a $50,000 tax break for owning things like the house where the working class/middle class citizens live or the agribusiness that wealthy folks own that is protected from inflation not hurt by it.
