what i read and heard more than once, was that they had him cuffed and in the car.....why was he pulled back out?.....no one seems to be saying why....My next motion would be: "He was doing his job, which was to restrain a resisting suspect. You can't charge a police officer with murder for doing his job."
This was my issue too. There has to be more to the story, that we don't know. Which is why I have not yet entirely condemned the police. Police don't do things without reason.
So I'm sure they'll figure everything out in court.
