No one seems able to swallow the possibility Uvalde police were ordered to standdown and let the killings happen. Even fewer folks seem able to swallow the possibility the whole event was planned. I for one cannot fathom people's blind faith in government to do the right thing despite years and years and years of our government caught red-handed again and again doing evil. I suppose people at large need to believe in a fairy tale benevolence of their government. I also suppose that's how government stays intact and in power.

I don't see this entire event as incompetence, myself. There was purpose involved.

Use fully vetted combat Veterans as school security and this won't be an issue. These people doing the shootings are cowards. They won't attack a place they know will get them killed they will move to the next place stupid enough to have a gun free zone.

Okay. I don't think we should be expected to carry. I have already been told multiple times that bc I don't think this is a great situation, I don't care about the kids. Uh, no. Defending them with weaponry is not in my job description. I'm a TEACHER. So hire someone to do that, fine.

Arrenado actually earmarked some of his Democrat party monetary contribution as going to Beto O'Rourke. It was not a lot of money, but it DOES smack of Democrat agenda.

There is joy and celebration.......school shootings are Christmas day to gun grabbers........each dead child is a gift under the gun control Christmas tree.............they pray to their god, government, for each day to have a mass public shooting at a school.......they get more mileage out of dead children in a school than they have had since the 1990s Columbine incident.....when they used those dead children for the Rifle ban........

This time....they get more gun control, and they got the 14 republicans to undermine the republican party going into the midterms........
